MEDIDA מספקת לחנויות Shopify כלי שמאפשר ללקוחות למדוד תכשיטים על תמונה של היד שלהן באמצעות בינה מלאכותית. השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא": המדידות הן הדמיה, לא מדידה פיזית, וגודל, צבע והתאמה בפועל עשויים להיות שונים. כל מדידה מסומנת ללקוחה כתמונה שנוצרה על ידי בינה מלאכותית, והסימון אינו ניתן להסרה.
כל מדידה שהלקוחה רואה צורכת קרדיט אחד מהמאגר של החנות. קרדיטים נרכשים בחבילות דרך מערכת החיוב של Shopify במטבע דולר ארה"ב, אינם פגים ואינם ניתנים להעברה בין חנויות. קריאה שנכשלה אצל ספק הבינה המלאכותית אינה מחויבת. החזרים כספיים נבחנים לגופו של עניין דרך Shopify.
החנות אחראית לתמונות המוצר ולנכונות מאפייני התכשיט שהיא מאשרת, להצגת מדיניות פרטיות ללקוחותיה, ולציות לדין החל עליה. החנות היא בעלת השליטה במידע של לקוחותיה; MEDIDA מעבדת אותו עבורה לפי מדיניות הפרטיות והסכם עיבוד הנתונים.
אסור להשתמש בשירות לתמונות שאינן של ידיים או של תכשיטים, להעלות תוכן פוגעני, או לנסות לעקוף את מגבלות השימוש. MEDIDA רשאית להשהות חנות שמפרה תנאים אלה.
MEDIDA אינה אחראית לנזק עקיף, לאובדן מכירות או להחלטות רכישה שהתקבלו על סמך מדידה. אחריותה הכוללת מוגבלת לסכום ששולם עבור הקרדיטים בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.
הסרת האפליקציה מסיימת את ההסכם. מידע של החנות ושל לקוחותיה נמחק לפי מדיניות הפרטיות ולפי דרישות Shopify. קרדיטים שלא נוצלו אינם מוחזרים אלא אם נקבע אחרת בכתב.

MEDIDA gives Shopify stores a tool that lets shoppers try jewellery on a photo of their own hand using AI. The service is provided as is: try-ons are simulations, not physical fittings; actual size, colour and fit may differ. Every try-on is labelled to the shopper as AI-generated and the label cannot be removed.
MEDIDA is a monthly subscription billed through Shopify in US dollars, with a free trial for a store's first subscription. Each try-on a shopper sees uses one try-on from the store's balance. Try-ons come from the trial and from one-time packs, sold only while the subscription is active; a store holds at most 20,000. If the merchant keeps auto-refill on, MEDIDA adds try-ons when few are left and Shopify bills them with the subscription, up to the monthly cap the merchant approved. Try-ons are not transferable between stores. Unused try-ons are deleted when the subscription ends or the app is uninstalled. A failed call to the AI provider is not charged. Prices are shown in the app before any charge. Refunds are considered case by case through Shopify.
The store is responsible for its product photos and for the jewellery attributes it confirms, for showing a privacy policy to its shoppers, and for complying with the law that applies to it. The store is the data controller for its shoppers; MEDIDA processes data on its behalf under the privacy notice and the data processing agreement.
The service may not be used for images that are not hands or jewellery, for abusive content, or to circumvent usage limits. MEDIDA may suspend a store that breaches these terms.
MEDIDA is not liable for indirect damage, lost sales, or purchase decisions made on the basis of a try-on. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to MEDIDA in the three months before the event.
Uninstalling the app ends the agreement. Store and shopper data are deleted per the privacy notice and Shopify's requirements. Unused try-ons are deleted and not refunded unless agreed in writing.
