MEDIDA היא אפליקציה לחנויות Shopify שמראה ללקוחה תכשיט מהחנות (טבעת, צמיד, שרשרת או עגיל) על תמונה שלה. המפעיל: [שם המפעיל, כתובת] (יושלם). לגבי המדידה עצמה, החנות שבה את גולשת היא בעלת השליטה במידע, ו-MEDIDA מעבדת אותו עבורה. MEDIDA היא בעלת השליטה לגבי מה שהיא מחליטה עליו בעצמה: הרשומות הסטטיסטיות, האבטחה ומניעת שימוש לרעה, ובחירת הספקים. לגבי המידע של החנות עצמה (בסעיף "מידע על החנות"), MEDIDA היא בעלת השליטה.
אין חובה בחוק למסור תמונה. בלי תמונה אי אפשר להשתמש במדידה, ושאר החנות עובדת כרגיל. המדידה מתחילה רק אחרי שאת מאשרת את נוסח ההסכמה.
לא נאספים שם, מייל או פרטי תשלום.
כדי שתוכלי למדוד עוד תכשיטים בלי לצלם שוב, הדפדפן שלך שומר במכשיר, תחת האתר של החנות, עותק של התמונה עם נקודות היד או מיקום האוזן. העותק הזה שמור רק בלשונית הפתוחה, והדפדפן מוחק אותו כשסוגרים אותה. מזהה הסשן, מספר המדידות שנותרו, אורך השרשרת שבחרת והמדידה שבתהליך נשארים בדפדפן גם אחרי סגירת הלשונית, ונמחקים בפעם הבאה שעמוד עם המדידה בחנות נטען אחרי 23 שעות. "מחקי את התמונה שלי" מוחק את כולם מיד. במכשיר משותף, לחצי עליו או סגרי את הלשונית בסיום. בחירת השפה נשמרת רק עד סגירת הלשונית. MEDIDA לא מציבה עוגיות ולא עוקבת אחרייך בין אתרים.
בתמונות לשרשרת ולעגילים רואים את הפנים או חלק מהן. MEDIDA לא משתמשת בתמונה, בנקודות היד או בנקודות האוזן כדי לזהות אותך או לאמת מי את, לא משווה פנים, ולא יוצרת או שומרת תבנית שמאפשרת לזהות אותך. נקודות היד והאוזן הן מיקומים שמשמשים רק כדי למקם את התכשיט. מדיניות השמירה וההשמדה של המידע הזה: התמונה, נקודות היד ומיפוי האוזן נמחקים אצלנו תוך 24 שעות. ככל שמידע כזה נחשב מידע ביומטרי, הוא מעובד רק על בסיס ההסכמה שנתת בווידג'ט, ורק למטרה הזו.
התמונה והנקודות משמשות רק כדי ליצור את המדידה, לבדוק את איכותה ולהציג אותה לך. הרשומות הסטטיסטיות משמשות לספירת קרדיטים, למדידת איכות ולתיקון תקלות, והמידע הטכני משמש לאבטחה ולמ ניעת שימוש לרעה. לא לזיהוי שלך, לא לפרסום ולא לאימון מודלים של בינה מלאכותית. לא מתקבלת עלייך שום החלטה אוטומטית: בדיקת האיכות רק מוסיפה תווית אזהרה למדידה. תמונות אינן נרשמות ביומני השרת. אנשי החנות לא רואים את התמונות שלך באפליקציה.
העברת מידע מחוץ לישראל ולאיחוד האירופי: לישראל יש החלטת הלימות של האיחוד האירופי. למידע מהאיחוד האירופי, לפי מה שהספקים מפרסמים: Google, Cloudflare ו-Vercel רשומות ב-EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ו-OpenAI, OpenRouter ו-Supabase מציעות את הסעיפים החוזיים התקניים של הנציבות האירופית. אפשר לבקש מאיתנו פרטים ועותקים. אנחנו עשויים להחליף ספק; אם זה יקרה, נעדכן את העמוד הזה לפני כן.
כל התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS). מפתחות הגישה של החנויות מוצפנים באחסון. התמונות שמורות באחסון פרטי ואינן נרשמות ביומנים. ב-MEDIDA הגישה מוגבלת למפעיל; לספקים שבהם הוא משתמש כדי להפעיל את השירות (אחסון, שרתים וכלי התוכנה שלו) יש גישה לפי ההסכמים איתם.
יש לך הזכויות שהחוק החל עלייך נותן, ובהן לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות וה-GDPR: לעיין במידע עלייך, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו, להגביל את השימוש בו, להתנגד לו ולקבל עותק שלו. מחיקה מיידית זמינה בווידג'ט, והיא גם הדרך לבטל את ההסכמה שנתת (הביטול לא משנה עיבוד שכבר נעשה). לכל בקשה אחרת אפשר לפנות לחנות, שמעבירה אותה אלינו (כולל בקשות מחיקה ועיון שחנות מעבירה דרך Shopify), או ישירות אלינו בכתובת שלמטה. נענה תוך 30 יום, ובמקום שבו החוק מאפשר זמן ארוך יותר, בתוך הזמן הזה. את יכולה להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות בישראל, או לרשות הפיקוח על הגנת המידע במדינה שבה את גרה או עובדת.
המדידה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה, ונוסח ההסכמה דורש לאשר זאת. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
כשחנות מתקינה את MEDIDA, אנחנו מקבלים מ-Shopify ושומרים: כתובת ה-myshopify של החנות, שם החנות, כתובת המייל שלה, הדומיין הראשי והמטבע; מפתח גישה ש-Shopify מנפיקה כדי לקרוא את המוצרים ולכתוב את מאפייני המדידה שלהם; את נתוני המוצרים שהמדידה צריכה (שם, תמונות, תיאור ואפשרויות), שנקראים בעת הצורך ואינם נשמרים אצלנו, מלבד שם המוצר, מחירו וכתובתו ברשומה הסטטיסטית; את המאפיינים, שנשמרים על המוצרים בחנות עצמה; את התוכנית, מועדי ההתקנה והניסיון, יתרת הקרדיטים והרכישות (התשלום עובר דרך Shopify); רישום פעילות (מספר מדידות ושגיאות); והערות שירות שהמפעיל כותב. תמונות המוצרים, השם, התיאור והאפשרויות נשלחים ל-Google דרך OpenRouter, בניתוב ללא שמירת נתונים, כדי להציע את המאפיינים ולכתוב תיאור קצר שמשמש במדידה, ותמונות המוצרים נשלחות גם ל-OpenAI עם כל מדידה. נתוני המוצרים לא משמשים לאימון מודלים. המידע משמש כדי לספק את השירות לחנות לפי ההסכם איתה. חנות יכולה לקבל מאיתנו הסכם עיבוד נתונים (DPA). מפתח הגישה נמחק כשהחנות מסירה את האפליקציה. כש-Shopify שולחת את בקשת המחיקה, 48 שעות אחרי ההסרה, כל המידע של החנות אצלנו נמחק, כולל התמונות והסטטיסטיקות, אלא אם החנות התקינה את האפליקציה מחדש ופתחה אותה בינתיים. רשומות הרכישה נשמרות כל עוד חוקי המס והנהלת החשבונות מחייבים. המאפיינים שנשמרו על המוצרים נשארים בחנות עד שהחנות מוחקת אותם.
עיבוד התמונה והנקודות נעשה על בסיס ההסכמה שנתת בווידג'ט, ואת יכולה לבטל אותה בכל רגע. עיבוד המידע של החנות נעשה כדי לקיים את ההסכם איתה. הרשומות הסטטיסטיות, המידע הטכני, הגיבוב של מזהה הלקוחה ובדיקת "אני לא רובוט" נשענים על האינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו להפעיל את השירות, לשפר אותו, לאבטח אותו ולכבד בקשות מחיקה.
MEDIDA לא מוכרת מידע אישי ולא משתפת אותו לפרסום בין הקשרים. לגבי המדידה, MEDIDA פועלת כספקית שירות של החנות.
נעדכן את העמוד כשמשהו משתנה, ונציין למעלה את תאריך העדכון. שינוי מהותי, למשל ספק חדש שמקבל תמונות, יופיע כאן לפני שהוא נכנס לתוקף.

MEDIDA is a Shopify app that shows a shopper a piece of jewellery from the store (a ring, bracelet, necklace or earring) on a photo of themselves. Operator: [operator name, address] (to be completed). For the try-on itself, the store you are visiting is the data controller and MEDIDA processes the data on the store's behalf. MEDIDA is the controller for what it decides itself: the statistical records, security and abuse prevention, and the choice of providers. For the store's own data (see "Data about the store"), MEDIDA is the controller.
No law requires you to give a photo. Without one you can't use the try-on; the rest of the store works as usual. The try-on starts only after you accept the consent text.
No name, email or payment details are collected.
So that you can try more pieces without a new photo, your browser keeps on your device, under the store's website, a copy of the photo with the hand points or the ear map. This copy is kept for the open tab only, and the browser deletes it when the tab is closed. The session id, the number of try-ons left, the necklace length you chose and a try-on in progress stay in the browser after the tab is closed, and are discarded the next time a store page with the try-on loads after 23 hours. "Delete my photo" removes all of them at once. On a shared device, tap it or close the tab when you finish. The language you pick is kept only until the tab is closed. MEDIDA sets no cookies and does no cross-site tracking.
Necklace and earring photos show your face or part of it. MEDIDA does not use your photo, your hand points or your ear points to identify you or to verify who you are, does not compare faces, and does not create or store any template for recognising you. The hand and ear points are positions used only to place the piece. Retention and destruction of this data: the photo, the hand points and the ear map are deleted at MEDIDA within 24 hours; to the extent any of it counts as biometric data, it is processed only on the consent you give in the widget and only for this purpose.
The photo and the points are used only to create the try-on, check its quality and show it to you. The statistical records are used to count credits, measure quality and fix errors, and technical data for security and abuse prevention. Never to identify you, for advertising, or to train AI models. No automated decision is made about you: the quality check only adds a warning label to a try-on. Photos are never written to server logs. The store's staff do not see your photos in the app.
Transfers outside Israel and the EU: Israel has an EU adequacy decision. For data from the EU, as the providers publish: Google, Cloudflare and Vercel are listed under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and OpenAI, OpenRouter and Supabase offer the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details and copies. We may change a provider; if we do, we update this page first.
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Stores' access tokens are encrypted at rest. Photos are kept in private storage and never written to logs. At MEDIDA, access is limited to the operator; the providers the operator uses to run the service (hosting, servers and the operator's software tools) have access under their contracts.
You have the rights your local law gives you, including under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and the GDPR: to access the data about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and get a copy of it. Immediate deletion is available in the widget, and it is also how you withdraw your consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already done). For any other request, contact the store, which forwards it to us (including the access and deletion requests stores send through Shopify), or contact us directly at the address below. We reply within 30 days, or within any longer period the applicable law allows. You can complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
The try-on is for people aged 18 or over, and the consent text asks you to confirm it. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
When a store installs MEDIDA, we receive from Shopify and keep: the store's myshopify domain, name, contact email, primary domain and currency; an access token issued by Shopify to read products and write their try-on attributes; the product data a try-on needs (title, images, description and options), which is read when needed and not stored by us, except the product's title, price and address in the statistical record; the attributes, which are saved on the products in the store itself; the plan, installation and trial dates, the credit balance and purchases (paid through Shopify); an activity record (try-on counts and errors); and service notes the operator writes. Product images, titles, descriptions and options are sent to Google via OpenRouter, on zero-data-retention routing, to suggest the attributes and write a short description used in the try-on, and product images also go to OpenAI with every try-on. Product data is not used to train AI models. This data is used to provide the service under our agreement with the store. A store can get our data processing agreement (DPA) from us. The access token is deleted when the store uninstalls the app. When Shopify sends its deletion request, 48 hours after the uninstall, all of the store's data at MEDIDA is deleted, including photos and statistics, unless the store has reinstalled and opened the app in the meantime. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. The attributes saved on the products stay in the store until the store deletes them.
Your photo and the points are processed on the basis of the consent you give in the widget, which you can withdraw at any time. The store's data is processed to perform our agreement with the store. The statistical records, technical data, the keyed hash of the customer id and the "I am not a robot" check rely on our legitimate interest in running, improving and securing the service and in honouring deletion requests.
MEDIDA does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. For the try-on, MEDIDA acts as the store's service provider.
We update this page when something changes and show the date of the update at the top. A material change, such as a new provider that receives photos, appears here before it takes effect.
